The combination of qualities required for this post is
somewhat unusual and only two candidates replied to the
advertisement. Of these two Miss Gilmore is distinctly
the superior and the Selection Committee consider her
entirely suitable for the post. She has a pleasant
appearance and manners, is seriously interested in her
profession and has initiative.
